Profile:
Prior to becoming an associate broker for NAI Keystone
Commercial & Industrial, LLC, John Buccinno owned
and operated both a residential mortgage company and
a real estate brokerage firm for over 12 years. As an
owner of a business with expansion needs and as an investor,
John has been involved with many of the same types of
real estate transactions facing the business community.
His experience brings valuable perspective in identifying
the needs of a client, assessing the value of the project,
and executing the details of the transaction. An area
of special interest is developing investor useful analysis
of commercial properties. John’s strong financial
background along with his MBA provides a solid approach
to evaluating investment opportunities in commercial
real estate investing.
