Profile:
Mike has over 35 years experience in Accounting
and Financial management. Over the past six years, he
has been an independent consultant serving various entrepreneurial
clients in a variety of accounting and financial assignments.
Among his clients were a medical supply distributor,
a bowling center and fitness club (mutiple locations),
and various CPA firms.
From 1969 - 2000, he had various assignments of increasing
scope and responsbility for Lucent Technologies and
its predecessors (Western Electric and AT&T Microelectronics).
Among the more challenging of these assignments were
CFO of a multi-locational business unit; Manager of
the consolidation of Lucent factory accounting services
(thirteen factories) into a service center in Alpharetta,
GA; and Manager of all accounting and financial services
at the Reading, PA factory.
In addition to his professional background, Mike has
been active in various community service activities
throughout his career.
