Scope of Experience:

Ryan’s experience includes market research & analysis, marketing, economic development, property operations
management, financial portfolio management, website design, sales, advertising and real estate data analysis. He has been with NAI Keystone since July of 2006 working as a Real Estate Assistant while attending Clarion University. He has conducted numerous demographic & economic impact studies from several market research initiatives. Prior to joining the NAI Keystone Team, Ryan worked at Berks Economic Partnership (BEP) as a IT & Market Research assistant. During his assistantship he has helped with many vigorous marketing initiatives and conducted market data research to aid BEP’s goal of increased economic development. His breadth of experience has given him a vast outlook on the Reading/Berks economy, labor market and Real Estate market. His innovative marketing ideas and aggressive work ethic have awarded him Executive positions on 3 colligate associations including: Society for the Advancement of Management (former Executive VP), Society for Human Resource Management (former Recruiting Director), and the Real Estate
Association (former Director of Marketing). He is also an honorary member on the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honors
Economics Fraternity.

Educational Background:

Ryan graduated with his Bachelors of Arts & Bachelors of Sciences in Business Administration, holding a second major in Industrial Relations. He has earned a 3.4 and a 3.7 in each of these majors, respectively. He also has done independent studies in Mexico and Costa Rica with an emphasis on global real estate. Clarion’s mission is to provide its graduates with the tools to remain flexible and hold the highest integrity while the curriculum focuses heavily on modern presentation
oriented activities. Ryan also attended the Polley Associates School of Real Estate Education in Western PA prior to
college graduation and is currently enrolled in the Top Dogs of Commercial Real Estate training with NAI Keystone. Top Dogs provides its students with the tools necessary to increase performance and commit to excellence in the field. Ryan is also enrolled in NAI University in Princeton in Princeton, NJ.
